Sam Fryer is a passionate beef producer from the North Queensland, Australia.  

Sam alongside his wife Emily, run a cattle agistment operation in area, with the goal of one day owning their own place. 

Since leaving school Sam has been working in the Australian beef industry and has had a wide experience from right across the country.  Since the beginning Sam has always enjoyed working alongside and learning from the people who are part of this great industry. The stories they tell, have inspired him to build towards one day owning his own piece of land, a place to call home.

Personally, Emily and Sam have three amazing kids, Bella, Charlie and Lucy. In his spare free time, he is a rugby tragic, a wannabe musician and a lover of books.
